Typical output 30 – 40 bottles per minute with accurate flow control measurement applying the coating evenly in a cost effective way using ultrasonics to produce films of around 5 microns.

In addition to container coating Glasscoat International have been involved for a number of years in flat glass coating and coating machinery. The process concerned employs automatic air spray systems with accurate flow metering of coating materials, plc controlled with in-line curing facilities.
